Wyndham Residences Charvak is a premium-class mountain resort on the shore of the Charvak reservoir, just 55 km from Tashkent. It is the first leisure destination of this scale in Uzbekistan — set among the mountains and the water, and managed under Wyndham, one of the world's largest hotel operators.

The resort offers 37 villas in three collections. Deluxe (20) — two-storey homes with a private heated pool and panoramic terrace. Cave (12) — organic architecture merged with nature and large glass façades. Presidential (5) — the most exclusive residences, with a cinema room, personal chef and butler, and direct access to the Charvak shoreline.
Apartments
Beside the villas sit more than 350 branded apartments across 7 floors — from compact ~40 m² studios to 138 m² penthouses. The upper floors open onto sweeping Charvak views, while ground-floor residences have direct access to the garden and open areas.
Activities and amenities
The resort grounds offer a full programme for the whole family: an aquapark, quad-bike trails, a clay-shooting range, golf carts, karting and an amphitheatre. Nearby are the «Chinorkent» cable car (8 minutes), the all-season «Chimgan» mountain resort (38 minutes) and the «Bochka» food zone (13 minutes).
