A record-breaking year
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts closed 2025 with its strongest year yet across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, signing 173 new properties and opening 126 hotels — more than 11,500 rooms added in a single year. The world's largest hotel franchising company now operates around 8,300 hotels worldwide.
Much of that momentum is flowing east. Across Central Asia the group opened 21 properties in a single push, while growth continued through Georgia, Romania and Kazakhstan — the emerging Eurasian travel corridors where rising domestic mobility is fuelling hotel demand.
"Wyndham is planting flags in frontier markets — the Caucasus and Central Asia — chasing the gaps rivals overlook, including in branded residential."
— Skift, "Wyndham's Global Playbook," October 2025
For buyers at Wyndham Residences Charvak, this regional build-out is more than a headline. Each new property strengthens the brand's distribution, loyalty network and management expertise across the corridor — the same infrastructure that underpins a branded-residence investment near Tashkent.
